What we collect

When you explicitly submit, we collect your contact name, email and phone, company if provided, city and state, operating regions, basic vehicle information, voluntary screening answers, processing consent and optional future-outreach opt-in. Public screening answers stay in your browser until you press Submit. No sensitive documents are requested via public forms.

Why and how we use it

We use submitted information for preliminary human review, communication about your inquiry, and system integrity, including preventing abuse. Information is stored with Supabase and supporting service vendors under restricted access. We do not sell prospect data.

Required processing consent permits us to retain and review your initial submission. The separate, unchecked future-opportunity box is optional. Future promotional contact requires your affirmative opt-in; you may withdraw it through the secure request form below. Successful preliminary submissions trigger a transactional receipt email using our email delivery provider. This receipt is separate from optional future-opportunity messages; formal onboarding invitations are not automatic.

How long we keep it

This retention schedule applies to preliminary website inquiries only. Default automated cleanup removes eligible inquiries 12 months after the original submission when there is no future-interest opt-in, or 24 months after submission when opted in. Exceptions apply to active invitations, onboarding or network members, unresolved privacy requests, and legally necessary retention. Closed privacy request records are retained for 12 further months before cleanup. These rules do not promise instant erasure or automatic fulfillment of a request.

Invitation-only onboarding through Jotform

Website prequalification is separate from our private second-stage onboarding. After review, selected individual operators or delivery businesses may receive an invitation to a private Jotform onboarding packet. These packets are not linked from this public website.

An onboarding packet may request more detailed contact, business and vehicle information, vehicle registration, insurance certificates, fleet or vehicle photos, commercial-use authorization and other applicable supporting files. These details are collected only if you separately submit the packet — never during initial website screening. They are submitted to Jotform as a separate service provider and accessed and processed by authorized parties for verification and review.

Do not submit identity, tax or bank documents through this public website. Provide such documents through Jotform only if explicitly requested through properly secured channels. Jotform records and files are subject to Jotform-specific configuration, storage and deletion procedures; the 12/24-month automated website cleanup described above does not apply to them. Potential future Driver & Fleet Portal

A Driver & Fleet Portal is a potential future service, not live today. If deployed, it may handle authenticated check-in and route information. One-time location verification would occur only if activated and consented to; our selected policy is no continuous location tracking. Current public preliminary-interest forms do not collect device location. Additional notices and privacy updates explaining the portal's data, service providers, access and retention will be required before deployment. No portal collection is active under this notice, and this does not mean all future documents would be stored in the website inquiry backend.
