Public access and scope

You may browse the public website without a staff account. Submitting preliminary interest is voluntary and has no website submission fee. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable law permits. We may maintain, change or temporarily restrict access for legitimate operational or security reasons; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and accurate submissions

Submit only if you can lawfully provide the information and agree to these terms. If submitting for a business, you must be authorized to do so. Provide accurate, current information, including vehicle access and readiness, and do not impersonate anyone or provide another person's information without authority. Any later eligibility depends on verification, applicable laws and operational requirements. Do not submit banking information, Social Security numbers, license images or other sensitive documents through public interest forms.

Preliminary interest is not an agreement for work

Screening is an informal, preliminary indication, not verification, acceptance or clearance. An inquiry, acknowledgment email, review or invitation does not establish employment, independent-contractor status or a service agreement. No route, pay, earnings, assignment, opportunity or response is promised. This website does not represent a confirmed affiliation or active contract with any retailer, carrier or other brand.

Any actual engagement would require separate written contracting terms, applicable state addenda, document verification and lawful classification before work begins. These website terms do not replace those agreements. Slate Freight remains a separate possible future initiative, not active work or onboarding.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not send fraudulent, abusive or malicious submissions; distribute malware; harvest personal information; scrape restricted or nonpublic information; bypass access controls; probe systems without authorization; or interfere with website security or availability. These restrictions do not prevent activity protected by law or authorized security testing.

Website content and intellectual property

Brand artwork, text and other website materials belong to their respective owners where applicable. You may view them and make reasonable personal copies for evaluating preliminary interest. Other reproduction, commercial reuse or misleading use of the brand requires the rights holder's permission, except where applicable law permits it. No ownership of your submitted information transfers under these terms.

External services and later onboarding

External links are provided for relevant information, not as endorsements or guarantees of third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Selected individual operators or delivery businesses may later receive a separate private, invitation-only Jotform onboarding packet. No private onboarding form is linked publicly here. Any separate submission to Jotform is governed by the applicable packet and service notices; it does not itself guarantee work.

Privacy and separate choices

Our Privacy & Applicant Data notice explains website inquiry retention, private onboarding, and privacy requests. Required data-processing consent and agreement to these website terms are separate from optional future-outreach consent. Agreeing to these terms does not opt you into marketing.

Reasonable disclaimers and limits

We aim to keep website information accurate, but it may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. It is not legal, tax or insurance advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this public website. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here waives legally protected rights, requires arbitration, or imposes an exclusive state or court venue.

Changes and privacy requests

Updates will be identified by a revised effective date on this page. Material changes will be highlighted here before they apply; changes will not be presented as having applied before their stated effective date. Review the current terms before a new submission.
